Property plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Furthermore included in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key labelling distinct sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing congressional release.
